Ralph Ziegler has been appointed the Managing Director at Capital Bay Transaction Management. In the new position, he is responsible for all of the Group’s property acquisitions. Ziegler is moving to the company from Deutsche Wohnen, where he was responsible for the purchase and sale of large residential portfolios as Managing Director of Asset Management. Ziegler has more than 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. Before working at Deutsche Wohnen, the economics and real estate management graduate was in charge of business development at HIH Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung GmbH.
