Ramboll has expanded the amount of office space it leases at Phoenicia BC office to 1,300 sqm in a deal brokered by Espo Consulting. Ramboll needed the extra space to deal with the integration of Blom Romania, a company it acquired earlier this year. The new company is to be called Ramboll South East Europe and will provide consulting services for engineering, surveying, digital mapping and urban planning. Alexandru Petrescu, managing partner of Esop Consulting CORFAC International, said that in 2013, the total area of the leased premises for relocation or expansion was 19,601 sqm with 5 percent more than in 2012. The Phoenicia BC scheme is located in the Unirii – Alba Iulia area.
