Rand Logistics has announced the relocating of its headquarters office from New York City to New Jersey, as of March 1. The bulk freight shipping services company is active throughout the Great Lakes region, opearting a fleet of four conventional bulk carriers and twelve self-unloading bulk carriers.āAfter many years in Manhattan, we have made the decision to base our company in New Jersey, as part of our sharpened focus on our return on invested capital. Our new location provides us with a dedicated office space for Rand and will result in the termination of our Reimbursement Agreement with Hyde Park Real Estate, LLC, an affiliate of one of our directors.
