Rasiyat is planning to develop a recreational complex and a shopping center in Zenica, near Sarajevo. The United Arab Emirates-based company signed a memorandum of understanding with town officials three months ago regarding the scope of the project. Construction is expected to start soon. No other details were disclosed. “We believe that the strategic location and its potential are huge. We are doing some planning and researching for the project which will create a whole wave of new jobs in Zenica and Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said Muhammad Al-Yamani, CEO of Rasiyat.
