Miami-based private equity real estate firm Lloyd Jones Capital has named Raul Ramirez as its new CFO. Ramirez will be responsible for all financial reporting, underwriting oversight, and securing/closing all debt and equity. Ramirez began his career in the tax department of PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving on to Toll Brothers and later to WCI Communities. He has also worked with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney/Citigroup’s alternative investment group in New York. Ramirez holds an MBA in real estate from Wharton, a master’s degree in professional accounting and financial reporting from the University of Texas and an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Miami.
