Monument Real Estate Services has promoted Jaime Rauscher to chief operating officer. Rauscher will lead her team of professionals from the company’s Charlotte, N.C., office from where she will oversee 60 apartment communities across 10 states. As part of the executive team, she will also contribute to setting and leading the strategic direction of the firm. Rauscher has more than 15 years of experience in property management and previously served as regional vice president for CF Lane. “Jaime has been a tremendous asset as we have expanded our property management portfolio,” said Gregory J. Lozinak, CEO of Monument Real Estate Services. “Her expertise within the property management arena will certainly allow us to continue a positive growth trajectory.”
