Ray Catlin has joined Schimenti Construction and will serve as the firm’s executive vice president. Catlin has more than 23 years of experience in construction, most recently serving as executive vice president at EMJ Corporation, building a regional office and leading a team in Dallas. He also worked for Bovis Lease Lend. Catlin is a registered professional engineer and recently obtained his MBA from Texas Christian University.
