Razvoj Golf has secured a location permit for the development of Golf Park Dubrovnik on the Srdj plateau. The 300 ha project will include 240 villas, 408 apartments, two hotels, two golf courses, a 60 ha recreational park and numerous sports facilities.
The company is planning to invest around €800m in the new complex.
