Nearly a year since the start of construction of the React office building in Łódź, Echo Investment is celebrating the completion of the next stage of the structure. The seven-story building has reached its target height of 25 meters. Completion of works on the building structure was confirmed by a symbolic topping out. “At the moment, works related to the reinforced concrete structure of the building have been completed. Facade works and window assembly are in progress, and soon the assembly of composite panels will start. We are carrying out installation works inside the building. We are on the verge of final development of the area and finishing works in the building,” said Ewa Wójcik, project manager of the office department at Echo Investment.
