Real Capital Solutions buys former Circuit City shed

Louisville, Co. based real estate investment firm Real Capital Solutions has bought a long-empty Circuit City distribution center in Lake County. The 706,560 square foot complex on Independence Boulevard in Groveland was purchased for an undisclosed amount. The center, built in 1999, features three warehouse spaces ranging from 114,000 to 360,000 square feet. A total of 190,000 square feet of the space is currently leased. Circuit City shut the center down in 2009 due to its Chapter 11 filing in 2008.

“Typical of our strategy, we are able to buy off-market deals for attractive pricing,” said Real Capital Solutions CEO Marcel Arsenault in a statement. “This allows us to offer tenants excellent lease value and generous tenant improvement allowances if their business needs it.”
