New leases of almost 16,000 sqm had concluded 108 AGENCY in Prague, Brno and Usti nad Labem. Brno welcomes German supplier of automotive parts Stahlgruber and near Usti nad Labem is finished the construction of the depo for the company In Time Spedice. As Jakub Holec, CEO of 108 AGENCY stated, there are even more deals of thousands sqm to come withing next weeks.
