Albania’s retail stock has expanded in 2017 with an addition of 24,000 m2 in the newly launched Toptani shopping center by bringing the shopping center stock to 202,800 m2. The office stock remains unchanged at 107,000 m2. Demand is driven by international brands entering the market and large corporations moving from converted office space to modern office buildings.
