Real I.S. has acquired Benger-Haus, a fully-let office and commercial property at Marktplatz 12 in central Stuttgart. Built in 1949, the property offers 685 sqm of space over five floors and a basement. The ground floor serves as commercial and retail space and the remaining areas are office and ancillary space. Benger-Haus is fully-let and its main tenant is the jewelry company Thomas Sabo. The transaction was brokered by E & G Real Estate while Real I.S. was advised by Schiedermair Rechtsanwälte. The seller, whose identity was not divulged, was advised by the legal and notary firm Lehmann Neunhoeffer Sigel Schäfer (LENESIS). BWK Architekten provided technical advice to Real I.S. The price of the deal was also not given.
