Real I.S. has acquired the RegerHof property in Munich from Bayerische Hausbau for its “Real I.S. Grundvermögen” fund in a deal whose price was not disclosed. CBRE advised the seller in the transaction.
The project is made up of 10,500 sqm of office and roughly 2,800 sqm of retail space. Completed in 2012, the property is currently 97% leased and is part of the WelfenHöfe quarter developed by the Schörghuber group. The complex was designed by the Munich firm Hild and K Architects.
