Real I.S. and Anschutz Entertainment Group have acquired a building in the Mercedes Platz property development in Berlin for the BGV VII Europa special fund. The commercial building is located at Mühlenstraße 13-15. The building with GLA of 10,400 sqm is being constructed by Anschutz Entertainment Group Real Estate. “The highlight of the development is its location in an aspirational and growing submarket in the area around the renowned Mercedes-Benz Arena. The district to the east of Berlin-Mitte is characterized by steadily rising rents and low vacancy rates,” said Jochen Schenk, member of Real I.S. AG’s Board of Management.
