Młyn Maria a historic building, revitalized by RealCo Property Investment and Development, has obtained an occupancy permit.
Młyn Maria, 119 fully finished 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments have been completed, the largest of them with large terraces with an area of 25 to over 100 square meters. There are 14 service premises on the ground floor.
– The unique location on two Oder islands: Młyńska and Piasek, and the colorful, centuries-old history make the restored Młyn Maria claim to be one of the most prestigious residential investments in Poland – says Monika Szostek, Marketing Manager at RealCo.
The facility is distinguished by its location in the historic space of Wrocław, free from advertising, covered by the resolution of Wrocław Cultural Park “Old Town”.
Śródmieście, Stare Miasto housing estate, historic area – such a location provides easy access to the cultural and entertainment offer, theaters, cinemas, museums, cafes and restaurants. A walk to Ostrów Tumski takes 6 minutes, and the Botanical Garden – 7 minutes. We can reach the Market Square in 12 minutes, and the Market Hall – in 3 minutes.
The investment included the revitalization of two no longer operating mills – Maria and Feniks. The main assumption was the reactivation of a decaying monument, adapting the building to a new residential function and developing the adjacent space. As part of the investment, a public area with a cascade layout was created, covering an underground garage with charging stations for electric vehicles.
The first clients have already received the keys to their apartments. There are also 1- and 2-room apartments for sale, all finished and ready to move in.
The developer of the Młyn Maria investment is RealCo Property Investment and Development. Tétris is responsible for fit-out, based on an interior design prepared by 2K Architektura. The architectural design was created at the Maćków Design Studio in Wrocław.
