Realco has announced plans for the third phase of construction at its Linkmenų lakes site in Vilnius. A total of 285 A class energy efficient apartments will be constructed in four buildings, ranging in size from 33-80 sqm. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2018, with completion set for the third quarter of 2019. Prices are expected to start at around €1400 per sqm. To date, five apartment building have already been completed on the site. Of the 550 already completed units, just 50 remain unsold. Realco has invested €30 million into the Linkmenų lakes development so far, with this latest phase expected to cost an additional €13 million.
