Realterm has completed the acquisition of a 6,701 sqm High Flow-Through Facility (HFT) along the AP-7 Highway in Barcelona. The asset sits on a 14,160 sqm plot of land and features a 7.7 meter ceiling, 52 dock-high doors and 18 van-high doors. It’s located among major transportation nodes including Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) and the Port of Barcelona. Access to downtown Barcelona from the location takes roughly 25 minutes.
