Realtors admit that homebuyers purchase properties at lower prices than advertised

10 December 2020

A report by Napi.hu (Napi) has revealed that properties are sold at much lower prices than advertised. Napi revealed that on average homes are sold at 5-10 percent less than the figures that are advertised online, but there have been examples of houses changing owners for 20% less than the asking price. The authors of the report say that the reason behind this is the growing supply of properties on the market, and smaller demand to buy them.
