Rebecca Lee joins Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo

Law firm Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. has brought Rebecca A. Lee into the practice as a Member based in Boston. Lee primarily focuses on development permitting and land use, principally in the Greater Boston area, although she has experience in all types of real estate law. Formerly a partner at Locke Lord LLP, Lee also was the chief of staff and special counsel to the director of the Boston Redevelopment Authority. Lee received her J.D. from Yale University and holds a M.P.A from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a B.A., cum laude, from Brandeis University. “Rebecca’s background and deep experience with development permitting and land use will further enhance our ability to counsel clients on these issues, particularly in the Greater Boston area,” said Daniel O. Gaquin, Co-chair of Mintz Levin’s Real Estate Section.
