REC Immpuls has completed the first phase of construction of Deutsche Schule Bukarest, the newest campus for the only school in Romania that fully follows the German curriculum and is accredited by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The campus is going up in two phases on 21,300 sqm of land donated by Petrom. REC was involved in organizing the architectural competition, coordinating and supervising the design activities, organizing the tender for the builder and coordinating and supervising the execution of the works. The investment into the first phase amounted to €10m. The budget for the entire project is €20m.
