Redside buys four office properties in Prague

The Czech investment company Redside has completed the acquisition of four office buildings from German investment fund. The price was not disclosed. CBRE, Schönherr, Rödl & Partner, TPA Horwath and Whitestar Real Estate represented the vendor in the transaction, while Colliers International, CMS Cameron McKenna, ASB and Sentient advised Redside. The portfolio offers 24,600 sqm of lettable area in Vyšehrad Victoria in Prague 4, Avenir Building E in Nové Butovice, Prague 13, and Pfizer and BNP headquarters at Anděl in Prague 5 Smíchov. The buildings were developed by Skanska, Erste Group Immorent and UBM respectively between 2004 and 2008. The space is fully let to 28 tenants. Redside is a manager of open-ended property investment fund for qualified investors.
