Redwood Real Estate Holding, broke ground on the Ecodome office building in central Budapest. The LEED Platinum pre-certified scheme will offer 5,000 sqm of class A+ space. Project costs were not disclosed. Completion is scheduled for 2018. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive leasing agent of the scheme. Ecodome will feature a variety of on-site services including a restaurant, rooftop terrace, bicycle parking with lockers and a shower room and charging points for electric vehicles.
