Lawyers from Reff & Associates | Deloitte Legal provided legal assistance to the Belgian developer Speedwell in refinancing the loan granted by BRD Groupe Société Générale for the development of the Record Park Offices project in Cluj-Napoca. The project includes residential, office and co-working spaces, but also retail.
Speedwell took a EUR 12.1 million loan from BRD in 2018 to finance the office component of the project. The loan has now been refinanced by the same bank and reached EUR 22 million.
