Regenersis, Fukoku Rubber target North Bohemia

An increasing number of foreign investors are targeting the Czech Republic’s North Bohemia region. CBRE recently helped close two investment deals and claims further negotiations are underway. In all, the investments are expected to create 400 new jobs by the end of the year.

Regenersis signed a lease on 3,000 sqm at CTPark Teplice. The UK-based company repairs high-tech electronics for Nokia, Samsung, Toshiba and Honeywell. Regenersis will establish a high-tech repair center at CTPark Teplice and will initially employ a staff of 50. The company plans to double its workforce at the site in the coming months. Fukoku Rubber, a Japanese automotive rubber components producer, leased a modern production hall in Lovosice and plans to hire 50 new employees. The manufacturing plant will supply rubber components to Japanese producers of automotive components operating in the Czech Republic.
