Thanks to our extensive experience, we offer our partners not only terminal service based on the storage and warehousing of entrusted goods, loading service, but also a wide range of individually developed operations allowing for comprehensive logistics services taking into account the specificity of the company and products. We try to respond to the client’s needs on an ongoing basis, which is why we decided to choose another location and our choice was the Hillwood project in Krajków,” says Tomasz Kulig, Logistics Director at Regesta.
Hillwood Wrocław East logistics center is located in Wojkowice (in the Żórawina commune), at the “Wrocław East” exit of the A4 motorway. The warehouse halls are located only 20 km from the center of Wrocław and 25 km from the Wrocław Starachowice airport.
“The hall leased by Regesta was built in a higher fire resistance standard – over 4,000 MJ / sq m. – and adapted to the needs and requirements of the client. One of them was to equip the warehouse with a forklift loading zone. In addition, as part of the investment, we have built a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 50 Kw, which will not only contribute to environmental protection, but also reduce operating costs for our tenants,” says Wojciech Dachniewski, Business Development Director at Hillwood Polska.
“Regesta is currently in the expansion phase, and Hillwood Wrocław East is its first location in Lower Silesia. When deciding on the choice of a warehouse, the tenant was guided by its quick availability. It was also important that the space would meet the needs of a company with this business profile in the future,” says Marcin Łukoszko, Senior BTS / BTO Project Advisor in the Industrial and Warehouse Department of Cresa Polska.
In the Wrocław East park, as in all Hillwood buildings, LED lighting has been installed. In the warehouse center, the developer has built a large and convenient car park for tenants and their contractors. The location of the investment also provides quick and convenient access for employees – there is a bus stop just 100 meters from the investment, and a bus journey to the center of Wrocław takes about 20 minutes.
“Regesta had specific expectations regarding the location – including access to the A4 motorway – and the number of docks. The Hillwood Wrocław East warehouse park met the tenant’s needs,” adds Miłosz Borkowski, Senior Associate in the Industrial and Warehouse Department of Cresa Polska.
