Regus, the global provider of flexible and coworking office spaces, has leased 1,400 sqm at the Opera Office building in Gdańsk. JLL advised Regus during the lease process. Opera Office, owned by Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital, is located in close proximity to Aleja Zwycięstwa and is a landmark building in the Tricity area. The property offers 8,200 sqm of space which can be arranged in accordance with the specific requirements of tenants.
