Regus has leased 2,200 sqm of space at Equal Business Park in Kraków. JLL advised the flexible workplace solutions provider during the lease process. The office will be Regus’ second location at Equal Business Park and its fourth in Kraków. “Changing work patterns along with a rapidly growing business service sector are contributing to the growing demand for coworking office spaces. This can be seen in Kraków, the second largest office hub in Poland, where interest in this type of space has been steadily growing,” said Rafal Gabteni, Regus’ area director in Poland. “As our first office in Equal Business Park was leased immediately, we decided to occupy even more space in Building C of this investment.” Building C offers 23,000 sqm and is the third largest building in the Equal Business Park complex, which is being developed by Cavatina Holding. The fourth stage of the investment is currently under construction and will provide an additional 12,000 sqm of space. Once completed, the entire complex will offer more than 61,000 sqm of office space.
