Regus has leased 950 sqm of office space at Villa Metro Business House on Puławska street in Warsaw. The company is planning to open a new business center at the property in the second quarter of next year. JLL advised Regus in selecting the new location and negotiating the lease terms, while the landlord, Reform Company 3, was represented by CBRE. Reform Company 3 is associated with the investors of Warsaw’s Blue City shopping center and the Blue Office complex. Located in close proximity to the Wilanowska metro station, Villa Metro Business House is a modern class A+ scheme, offering office space on eight floors and retail and service units on the ground floor.
