Regus, a flexible office space solutions provider, has leased 1,550 sqm over two floors of Building C of the Polna Corner complex in Warsaw. JLL helped Regus select the location and advised during the lease negotiation, while CBRE represented the landlord, Ceraco. Polna Corner offers 5,700 sqm of class A office space as well as a three level underground car park. It was completed in the third quarter of last year.
