The German group Rehau has started work on the regional hub worth approximately EUR 10 million in Sibiu County, a center that will provide warehouses for all three divisions of the company, as well as a new production line.
The construction has a total area of 52,900 sqm, and the products stored here will go to Eastern European countries near Romania. With the commissioning of the hub, more than 60 new jobs will be created.
“Our business has always focused on serving customers to the highest standards, so REHAU’s investment in this direction is a natural step. Romania will become a reference point for REHAU’s business in the region, and this gives us an extra reason to take bigger and bigger steps on the road to performance,” said Alexandru Oprea, Country Manager of REHAU Romania.
