Reico acquired Park One, Amazon’s headquarters in Bratislava. Other tenants in the building include Zurich Insurance, L’OrĂ©al and BRE. Reico bought Park One from Falcon II Fund for €35.6m for ÄŚS Real Estate Fund it manages. The transaction was carried out via the transfer of a 100-percent stake in the real estate company which owns the Park One building. “This prime office building offers very favorable risk-adjusted returns for our unitholders,” said Tomáš JandĂk, CIO and board member of Reico IS ÄŚS. “It has a great potential to generate long-term sustainable income and contribute to the stable growth of our portfolio.”
