The Related Group has kicked off construction of its newest multifamily project in Tampa, FL. The waterfront property, Town Westshore at Marina District, will feature 396 units with 1 – 3 bedrooms. In the pipeline is a nearby marina with shopping and dining. LandSouth Construction is serving as contractor, while MSA Architects designed the apartments. Miami-based Related Group acquired the 8.5 acre site for $11.81 million in February of 2017. Completion of the scheme is slated for the summer of 2019.
