Reliance Realty buys 78 Manhattan apartments from Sentinel

A six story rental building in the Manhattan borough district of Manhattanville has changed hands for $30.8 million. Reliance Realty Partners purchased the partially rent-controlled asset from Sentinel Real Estate Corporation and received a $15 million acquisition loan to complete the deal from First Republic Bank. The 78 unit property, located between 174th and 175th streets at 326 Fort Washington Avenue, includes 34 rent-stabilized apartments.
