Bucharest, 12th of March, 2015 – The building developed by the real estate company Baneasa Building & Technology Park renewed leasing agreements with two of its tenants, in transactions signed by The Advisers/Knight Frank consultants.
Eaton Electric Romania, the local branch of Eaton Corporation, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of low-voltage electrical equipment and automation solutions, renewed its lease contract and currently occupies 1,000 sq m in Baneasa Business & Technology Park, in a transaction brokered by The Advisers /Knight Frank.
Another internationally renowned company, Nokia Solutions & Networks Romania (NSN), has decided to remain in the office building located on Bucharest-Ploiesti Highway, where it occupies a space of cca. 400 sq m in the deal advised by The Advisers/Knight Frank consultants, who were in charge of the expansion and renegotiation of the contract.
Located in Baneasa sub-market, in the vicinity of Henri Coanda airport, Baneasa Business & Technology Park, with a total area of 27,000 sq m and an occupancy rate of cca. 97%, was developed by the real estate company BB&TP SA. Shortly after its delivery to the market, in 2008, the building has become one of the most sought-after locations for the headquarters of expanding multinational and local companies on the Romanian market.
