GVA Robertson signed a contract about letting the EMKE office building, owned by PBW Property Fund and AEW Europe. EMKE awaits a full renovation and modernization. AEW Europe is one of Europe’s leading real estate asset and investment managers. It has more than €18.6 bn in assets under management in Europe. The company is operates two buildings in Hungary. The 9-storey EMKE office building was built in 1994 at one of the busiest spots in Budapest, offering 12,500 sqm of leasable area. Improvements to the building are planned, including a new café, a general refurbishment and a modernization of the HVAC system.
