WX Management Services secured all the necessary permits to refurbish Spektrum Tower in Warsaw. The buildingās exterior facade will be replaced and the main entrance and lobby will be modernized. Construction started this week. The investor said it plans to revitalize the project into prime office space and expects to have work completed in October. Colliers International will oversee the leasing process.
At 122-meter tall, Spektrum Tower offers 28,000 sqm of lettable space over 28 floors. Located on Twarda street, the project is near a stop on Warsawās second metro line, which is currently underway. The investor has already launched the BREEAM certification process for the project.
