Rent income increases at Militari Shopping Center

Atrium European Real Estate reported €5.5m in rental income between January and September from its Militari Shopping Centre in Bucharest. This is a 4.7 percent increase compared with the same period last year. While the occupancy level decreased slightly, rents at the shopping center went up, which contributed to the increase in revenue. Militari Shopping Centre is now 98 percent occupied, compared with 99.1 percent last year.

Gross revenues also increased by 5.3 percent, from €5.2m to €5.4m, according to the Austrian investor’s financial report.
