Rental revenues of Uvertura Mall in Botosani decreased by 15% in 2020

4 March 2021

The Uvertura Mall shopping center in Botosani received rents 15 percent lower in 2020 compared to 2019, accumulating RON 6.9 million, due to the temporary interruption of commercial activities.

“In the pandemic context of 2020, the activity of Uvertura Mall was obviously affected, like the retail business it hosts. However, Uvertura Mall granted exemptions from rent both during the state of emergency and thereafter, until June 15, 2020, when the authorities allowed the partial reopening of the mall. In the case of the operators affected by the extension of the restrictions, the exemption from rent payment was maintained throughout the restrictions “, say the representatives of Uvertura Mall.

At the beginning of this month, a new fast food restaurant will open in Uvertura Mall, under the Mesopotamia brand, a network owned by entrepreneur Sebastian Tătărîngă.
