ReOp Investments, based in Greenville, South Carolina, has closed on the $20.25 million purchase of an eight building office complex just south of Tampa International Airport. Located in the city’s Westshore area on West Cypress Street, The Bay West office complex totals 195,558 square feet. Built in 1983 on a 15.4 acre site, the property was 95 percent leased to tenants including Geico insurance company, Fidelity National Title and restaurant operator Beef O’Brady’s, which has offices and a test kitchen there. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Equus Capital Partners.
