Representative hotel in Milocer will get 8 floors

16 August 2017

Montenegro’s ministry of tourism has issued its authorization for the demolition of the Kraljicina Plaza Hotel in Milocer, paving the way for the construction of a new, larger hotel in its place. Since 2007, it’s been leased by Petros Stathis, owner of the Greek company Adriatic Properties on the condition that he replace it with a new hotel. The Kralijicina Plaza Hotel was built in the 1980’s primarily for the use of top police representatives, and it’s served as accommodations for Adriatic Properties employees for the past ten years. The company also leases Sveti Stefan and Hotel Villa Milocer, which is the former summer resort of the Karadjordjevic dynasty. Stathis has also bought the Maestral Hotel in Przno, only 50 m away from Kraljicina Plaza..
