The number of residential building permits issued on the Spanish market increased by 27 percent y-o-y during the first seven months of 2015, according to the Ministry of Public Works. More than 28,800 permits were issued during this period. This is the most residential permits issued between January and July since 2011. Building officials are predicting the number could surpass 45,000 by the end of the year, 10,000 more than 2014.
