Pinnacle, in partnership with AGNS Invest, broke ground on a new residential and business center in downtown Belgrade, below the Kalemegdan fortress near the Danube River. The project, valued at around €200m, is going up on a 120,000 sqm plot that used to house the Beko textile factory. The 115,000 sqm center will be developed in three stages and will include two underground garages. The first phase is scheduled for completion in May 2020.
