Sead Dzafic is planning to develop a residential-business complex in Tuzla, the third largest city in Bosnia. The project, to go up on a site that used to house a steel factory, will include road infrastructure, restaurants, children’s playgrounds and reportedly the tallest office tower in the country. Sead Dzafic purchased the land for €7m. The old steel factory will be relocated outside the city.
