Bobar Beska is planning to open a new residential and business complex in Novi Sad, northern Serbia, by mid-2021. Going up on Branka Bajica street, Sajam Kompleks will include about 700 apartments, ranging from 80 sqm to 130 sqm, in four buildings. Two apartment buildings with 400 units have already been delivered. A third building is currently under construction. The fourth will feature 52 apartments. The property will feature 2,500 sqm of parks, playgrounds, shops, restaurants as well as a beauty salon, pharmacy and gym.
