Construction costs for new residential buildings on the Macedonian market fell by 2.7 percent y-o-y in the second quarter. Material costs decreased by 5.5 percent, while labor costs increased by 4.9 percent, according to the State Statistical Office.
On a q-o-q basis, construction costs increased by 2 percent in Q2, with material costs jumping by 1.3 percent and labor by 3.5 percent.
