A total of 2,672 residential construction permits were issued on the Romanian market in November, down 21.8 percent m-o-m and 0.8 percent y-o-y.
In the first 11 months of last year, 36,134 residential permits were issued, down 0.3 percent y-o-y. This following areas reports the biggest drops: Southeast (-611 permits), Bucharest-Ilfov (-384), South-Muntenia (-343), Northeast (-273) and South-West Oltenia (-24). Meanwhile, there were permit increases reported in North-West (728 permits), West (506) and Central (295).
