Housing prices in Belgrade are the highest in the region. Prices average €1,600 per sqm for old units and between €4,500 and €5,000 for new ones in the city’s Dedinje and Senjak residential neighborhoods. Prices in the Serbian capital are higher than those in Sarajevo, Skopje and Zagreb according to Radio Television of Serbia. They are nearly on par with average prices in Vienna, where apartments averages €6,000 per sqm. Prices in Belgrade are expected to remain stable for the next two years, said Miroslav Cvetkovic, a member of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
