Less than a year after opening its first project in Wroclaw, Resi4Rent has started leasing out apartments in another project on Mieszczanska street. All units are fully finished and ready to move in. Each apartment is equipped with a fixed joinery, household appliances and all necessary furniture. In total, Resi4Rent offers nearly 800 apartments in Wroclaw and Lodz. As early as August, another 450 units will be ready to rent out in the Warsaw Brewery, the revitalized quarter surrounding Grzybowska, Krochmalna, Wronia and Chlodna streets in the capital. Resi4Rent currently has six projects under construction or in an advanced planning phase. Ultimately, the company is planning to offer 7,500 apartments in the six largest Polish cities in the next two to three years, including Warsaw, Krakow, Lodz, Wroclaw, Gdansk and Poznan. Echo Investment, which has a 30-percent stake in Resi4Rent, is responsible for the planning, design and development of the project. Griffin Real Estate controls the remaining 70-percent stake.
