Resi4Rent is working on its new residential project located at Suwak street in Warsaw’s Mokotow district. The investment at Suwak Street offers 227 units of various sizes and types, of which 3 have been adapted for people with disabilities. One-room apartments with a bedroom and a living room, as well as family units with two bedrooms and a living room are available. Resi4Rent furnishes its apartments with fixed joinery, household appliances, and necessary furniture as standard. For residents with vehicles is the possibility to rent space in the underground garage. Resi4Rent offers 1,500 apartments in Wroclaw, Lodz and Warsaw. Currently, eleven projects are under construction or in advanced planning. Ultimately, the company will offer 10,000 apartments in the six largest Polish cities by 2025 – Warsaw, Cracow, Lodz, Wroclaw, Gdansk and Poznan.
